Overview

Shipping at scale
AllinGo helps online sellers manage high-volume shipments across multiple delivery services from one dashboard. The existing experience had to support daily operations like creating shipments, tracking delivery progress, reviewing COD and managing billing without making users dig through scattered information. I redesigned key dashboard and workflow areas to make the product easier to scan, understand and use during busy shipping operations.
Problem

Sellers had to manage shipment, tracking and financial information across dense workflows, which made daily decisions slower and harder to follow.

Complex workflows and unclear statuses made daily operations harder to manage.

Design Focus

I focused on dashboard structure, shipment visibility, guided creation and billing states so users could find the right information at the right moment.

Clearer dashboard structure, shipment visibility and payment states.

Decisions

-->

What shaped it

Three decisions shaped the redesign: learning from a mature logistics competitor, restructuring the dashboard and improving the shipment journey from creation to tracking.

01
Sendcloud Benchmark

Problem:

AllinGo needed a clearer view of how mature multi-carrier platforms explain shipping, tracking, automation, carrier services and support workflows.

Decision:

I benchmarked Sendcloud across its website, onboarding, feature pages, product language, support content and dashboard patterns. I presented the findings in a dedicated session with the full team, walking through how European competitors approach shipping, tracking, automation and support so everyone could clearly understand the differences and identify opportunities for AllinGo to create stronger advantages.

I benchmarked Sendcloud and presented the findings in a dedicated session with the full team, walking through how European competitors approach shipping, tracking, automation and support so everyone could clearly understand the differences and identify opportunities for AllinGo to create stronger advantages.

Why it mattered:

The benchmark helped the team align on product expectations, useful feature patterns and clearer vocabulary for AllinGo without copying a competitor’s experience.

02
Guided Shipment Flow

Problem:

The old shipment flow felt outdated and heavy. Some required data was unclear, forms were long and important details like weight, packaging, service options and shipment states were hard to understand.

Decision:

I redesigned the flow into clearer steps for addresses, product details, and available delivery services. I also improved the writing, packaging guidance, service suggestions and tracking states after request submission.

Why it mattered:

Sellers could create shipments with less friction, compare delivery options with better context and follow the shipment status after sending a request.

03
Dashboard Clarity

Problem:

Sellers needed to check shipment activity, delivery status, COD, postpaid credit, payment methods and alerts without jumping between disconnected areas.

Decision:

I reorganized the dashboard around the operational signals sellers review most often, including delivery status, COD balance, saved delivery fees, postpaid credit and shipment alerts.

Why it mattered:

The dashboard became a more useful starting point for daily work, helping sellers understand what needs attention before moving into specific tasks.

What I improved

A compact look at the main areas I worked on, from competitor research to shipment creation, tracking and billing workflows.

01
Sendcloud Benchmark

I turned the Sendcloud research into a structured reference for the team, covering its website, dashboard, feature pages, shipping workflows and product language. This helped connect competitor insights to practical product discussions for AllinGo.

02
Shipment Creation

I simplified the shipment creation flow by cleaning up required data, improving form writing, adding editable inputs, weight presets, packaging guidance and a clearer delivery-service selection stage.

03
Shipment Management

I restructured the shipment list, details page and progress section around the information sellers need after sending a request: tracking states, shipment proofs, filters, sorting, sharing and table-level review.

04
Billing Workflows

I reorganized Credit, Postpaid and COD into clearer billing views with better table states, invoice visibility, wallet actions and payment review.

Outcome

-->

What changed

The redesign didn’t end with cleaner screens. It gave the team a clearer way to discuss the product, review complex workflows and move the dashboard toward a more usable operational tool.

01
Shared Direction

The Sendcloud benchmark turned competitor research into a shared reference for the founder, developers and marketing team. It helped the team discuss European shipping expectations with clearer language and stronger product context.

02
Clearer Workflows

Shipment creation, tracking, list management and billing were no longer treated as separate screens only. They became connected workflows with clearer steps, states and information structure.

03
Handoff-ready Work

The redesigned screens gave the team a clearer base for implementation and future iteration with key flows, states, tables and financial views documented more deliberately.

Reflection

What I learned
This project changed how I think about designing for operational products, where clarity depends less on adding more data and more on choosing what deserves attention.
Working on AllinGo taught me that designing a logistics dashboard is less about showing every piece of data and more about deciding what the user actually needs to see, understand and act on. The hardest part was not the interface itself; it was understanding the shipment logic, the many states behind each order and how to turn that complexity into a structure that feels scannable instead of overwhelming.
AllinGo taught me that operational dashboards are not about showing more data; they are about making the right data easier to scan, understand and act on. The biggest challenge was learning the shipment logic, mapping different states and turning scattered information into clearer flows for both users and the team.
The Sendcloud benchmark also shifted the project beyond visual redesign. It pushed me closer to research, documentation and product strategy: studying a mature European competitor, translating those insights for the team and using them to shape better conversations around features, language and future direction. This made the work feel more connected to the business, the users and the team building the product.
The Sendcloud benchmark also expanded my role beyond interface design. Researching a mature European competitor, documenting the findings and sharing them with the team helped me connect design decisions more directly to product direction, business context and future opportunities.
